Welcome to the Seafirst Underwriting Liability Program This facility offers high liability limits of up to $ 10,000,000 for a variety of office, retail and building ownership risks. The basic liability limit on the program is $5,000,000 with lower limits of $ 2,000,000 available on request. This program provides a stand alone primary general liability policy for eligible office, retail and building ownership exposures. It will not provide excess liability limits. This product is especially useful for Lloyds Coverholders with clients who require liability limits higher than available on standard Lloyd’s commercial contracts. Completion of the standard application is required in order to receive quotation.
